Analyst firm Mindsmith has launched the first open source material library on central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).
At the moment, the library has collected more than 70 studies, including reports from international regulators, as well as technical experiments by central banks. According to analysts, CBDCs can stimulate a new leap forward in the technological and financial development of national payment systems and the global economy. The library aims to help businesses and researchers understand the topic of CBDC.
“Like anything young and uncertain, the introduction of CBDC raises many controversial questions. We are on the verge of innovation, many aspects of which have yet to be conceptualized and implemented, ”said Ruslan Yusufov, Managing Partner of Mindsmith.
The creators of the library regularly update it and accept fresh research and materials by mail: [email protected] Recall, according to a January study by Mindsmith, 74% of central banks are interested in blockchain technology.
