How to attract leads through a YouTube project: the case “About business” and “Bitrix24”

How to solve business problems through media? For example, ordering native advertising – that is, such content that the reader himself would like to read or view. In our editorial office, work in this direction has been in full swing for a year now. We are sharing one of our bright cases – how we created useful videos from top business trainers for Bitrix24

In Q3 2020, Pro Business and Bitrix24 launched a joint YouTube project – Environment for Growth. In it, experts shared tools that will help entrepreneurs and managers improve business processes in different directions. Our video tutorials were useful to everyone, regardless of whether the reader works in a CRM system or not.

Objective of the project – to attract new users to Bitrix24, explaining that it is easy and convenient to use this product.

What was done?

We have prepared a series of educational videos, uniting them under one title “Environment for Growth”:

The materials were published on our website and YouTube channel. In the description of the videos, we invited readers to fill out the form and receive additional training materials from experts and Bitrix24.

We also:

  • made a mailing list on the base of regular readers and participants of online events “About Business”;

  • placed banners on the portal;

  • posted posts on our Instagram, Facebook and Telegram accounts

Result

The Bitrix24 company received more than 180 leads, with which it worked in the future. The materials have reached over 40 thousand views. And we continue to create new projects for our clients!
